I design and create each item with care and intention, and I hope that every purchase is made just as thoughtfully. For this reason, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged. If you would like to request a return, please contact me within the 7-day period after receiving your order.
Please note that returns or complaints related to mechanical damage are not accepted. Such damage is considered to occur after delivery and is outside my responsibility.
